Regulatory Solutions Group was founded on a straightforward premise: organizations deserve compliance leadership that is strategically sound, operationally proven, and built to support growth, no matter their size. Every engagement is led personally by Barb Senters, CCEP, CHC, PHR — bringing more than 15 years of executive compliance experience directly to your team.
That depth comes from careers spent inside demanding compliance environments at Sonic Healthcare USA, Ameritox, and Quest Diagnostics — organizations where lab compliance wasn't theoretical. At Ameritox, the OIG specifically recognized the firm's whistleblower engagement strategy as a model for the industry. The firm has led successful exits from OIG Corporate Integrity Agreements and guided organizations through MAC audits, DOJ inquiries, and RAC reviews.
